Each kit contains a 3m high net available in three lengths:

These kits are designed to protect recessed balconies with another balcony or ceiling above for fixing.

Durable 50mm Pigeon Netting Construction

The pigeon netting supplied in this kit is manufactured from heavy-duty knotted polyethylene twine that is UV stabilised for long-term outdoor performance. This ensures the netting remains strong and reliable even when exposed to weather and sunlight.

All supplied fixings are manufactured from galvanised steel or bright zinc plated steel, providing a secure and corrosion-resistant installation.

A flame-retardant pigeon netting option is also available in black for applications where additional fire safety requirements are needed.

The netting can be easily trimmed using the supplied shears to perfectly fit the exact dimensions of your balcony.

Practical Pigeon Netting System for Balcony Use

This pigeon netting system mounts on the outside of the balcony handrail or balustrade. The design allows the balcony to remain fully usable while preventing birds from accessing the space.

Special intermediate fixings allow the net to be detached from the perimeter wire framework and drawn back like a curtain when required. This feature makes the kit particularly useful for balconies that are used occasionally, such as those in holiday homes or apartments that may remain vacant for extended periods.

The maximum size these kits are designed to protect is 8m wide by 3m high. Larger pigeon netting systems can be supplied on request.

Important Installation Considerations

This pigeon netting kit is designed for recessed balconies with a ceiling or balcony above for fixing points. If your property has a top-floor balcony without overhead fixing points, this kit may not be suitable.
