For indoor and outdoor use against rats and mice

CONTRAC Rodenticide, with the active ingredient, Bromadiolone, is a fresh tasting, highly compressed pelleted bait that holds up well, particularly in adverse or moist conditions. Made from an advanced formulation process, CONTRAC Rodenticide gets superior rodent acceptance and control, including control of Warfarin-resistant rats.

Besides its outstanding flavor and a long shelf life, CONTRAC Rodenticide pellets also satisfy a rodent's desire to gnaw. Rats and mice can consume a lethal dose of CONTRAC Rodenticide in just one feeding. Rodents, however, can translocate pellets.

CONTRAC Rodenticide comes in 25 kg bulk case to keep the pellets fresh and free from contaminating odors. Pellets are ideal for use in rodent burrows.

Bait shyness is not a problem with CONTRAC baits because mortality occurs a few days after bait is consumed. It is also less toxic to non-target animals, in both primary and secondary poisoning situations, than other single-feeding anticoagulants. The antidote, Vitamin K1 is readily available and there is a time factor for treatment.

Multi-feed poison for use in bait stations, hoppers or bait trays both indoors and outdoors.

Place bait where there are signs of rodent activity, like fresh droppings or near burrows, runways and feeding places. Place bait points throught out the infested area.

For rat infestations, use bait points of 1-4 sachets. Place bait points 10 metres apart reducing to 5 metres in cases of high infestation.

For mouse infestations use bait points of a 1 sachet. Place bait points 5 metres apart reducing to 3 metres in cases of high infestation.

Protect bait points from non-target animals and from moisture, preferably using commercially available bait stations (see related products below).

Make daily inspections of the bait points.

Replace any bait eaten by rodents or that has been damaged by water or contaminated by dirt. If all the bait has been eaten from certain areas then increase the quantity of bait by placing additional bait points.

To protect children and non-target animals do not increase bait point size above the recommended dose given above but instead increase the number of bait points

The resistance status of the target rodent population should be taken in to consideration when choosing which active ingredient is to be used.
