Note: The 2.5m model is not recommended for high-wind areas as strong winds may cause the arms to splay, reducing coverage.

1. Identify problem surfaces where birds frequently perch, such as roofs, silos, or air conditioning units.
2. Secure the Daddi Long Legs Bird Spider using glue, screws, or a paving slab. Ensure the base is fixed and stable.
3. Bend the wire tips so they remain about 50mm (2”) above the surface or overhang the edges.
4. Confirm that the arms rotate freely in the wind or when birds make contact.
5. Remove and reattach the rotating head easily for maintenance when required.
