• Push up the lever at the back, and insert the plunger strip from the front.
• Continue to hold the back lever up and push the plunger strip until it is flush with the body of the applicator
• Release the back lever
• Slide the flange of the syringe into the front of the applicator
• Push down the locking mechanism
• Squeeze the trigger until the plunger strip engages with the inside of the syringe
