1. Place the free-standing mount on a flat, stable surface.
2. Secure the base using four 450mm x 450mm paving slabs.
3. Remove the rubber cap from the Hawk Kite mast and fully extend it, locking each section firmly.
4. Secure the kite and fly lead to the mast. Insert the mast into the hollow pole on the mount.
5. Ensure the kite is properly tethered and ready to deter pest birds.
