PW299 - Post 5mm Ø X 200mm overall length, grade 304 stainless steel with a single head.
PW300 - Plug 8mm Ø X 50mm grey nylon plastic masonry plug
Robust bird posts for use in proofing against larger seagulls (Herring Gulls / Black-Backed Gulls) in higher pressure situations where it is likely that the birds will attempt to "attack" the installation.
This thicker post is more resistant to being bent by the birds and should be use in conjunction with 0.96mm Gull Wire, 1mm copper crimps and micro springs
Do not use with Pigeon Wire, Nickle Crimps, Standard Springs or Mini Springs as thes products will not withstand the pressure that larger gulls are capable of applying to the installation.
To fit to masonry substrates use PW300 Heavy Duty Masonry Plugs only
To fit to timber substrates drill a 5mm Ø hole 50mm deep and fit post directly into hole
Not suitable for use with Surface Mount Bases
For use on parapet coping stones, wall cappings and other masonry structures where Seagulls may infest as well as timber structures.
