RatTape is a seriously tough rat and mouse proofing tape that incorporates a stainless steel mesh. Two layers of butyl tape ‘sandwich’ a dense stainless steel mesh core. It is incredibly flexible, virtually impenetrable and has excellent adhesion to most building materials and may be overpainted to blend with its surroundings.

The tape is 50mm wide and is used to cover holes and cracks in all building substrates. For larger defects it can be lapped. Ensure surfaces are clean, dry and free of dust before applying tape.

RatTape is offered in two lengths of continuous strips, 1mtr and 5mtrs sizes can be chosen above. User is able to simply cut the tape to required length using tinsnips, can be added above. Instructions suggest you use a knife to remove brown protective covering but in reality it should just peel off.
