Electronic Rat Trap for Fast, Humane Pest Control
When it comes to effective rat traps, speed, hygiene, and discretion are essential in professional environments. The Pest-Stop Electronic Rat Trap is built for trade, agricultural, and commercial settings where dependable rodent control is vital. Its advanced high-voltage system delivers an instant, humane kill while keeping users safely away from direct contact.
Ideal for indoor use, this electronic rat trap provides a poison-free solution that supports modern pest control standards. Its compact, enclosed design allows placement under floors, inside cupboards, and within wall voids, making it suitable for areas where traditional snap traps or poisons may not be appropriate.
Why Choose Our Electronic Rat Traps?
Unlike traditional rat traps, this electronic model kills rats quickly through a powerful electric shock, minimizing suffering.
Specification
Dimensions: L = 220mm / 9", W = 90mm / 3.5", H = 120mm / 5"
Requires 4 X C-size batteries, not included.
State of the art 'Smart' electronics control this unique rat trap. When a rat enters the electronic rat killer to reach the bait, it reaches a point where it touches both killing plates and completes an electrical circuit, which kills it in seconds.
4 X good quality 'C' sized batteries will give the unit enough energy to kill approximately 12 rats.
Indicator light will flash red when batteries need to be replaced.
Key Features
Only use indoors - e.g. houses, sheds, garages and agricultural buildings etc.
1. Insert 4 X 'C' batteries into battery compartment.
2. Using a plastic or wooden knife, insert a small amount of trap bait or peanut butter through a bottom hole on the back plate. Allow a small portion of the trap bait to extend through the hole - rats are very cautious, and this provides an opportunity for the rat to sample the trap bait without entering the trap.
3. Place the trap against the wall where there has been obvious signs of activity (rats prefer to travel against a wall).
4. Turn switch to "on" position (-). Unit will hum and the green light will flash once indicating that the unit has been enabled. To prevent incidental shock avoid contact with the metal plates. Once rat has been killed the green indicator light will flash for up to 24 hours.
5. Switch the trap off and then dispose of the dead rat.
6. Repeat these steps for further catches.
