To be used in and around buildings by professionals in the control of Brown Rat (Rattus Norvegicus), Roof rat, House rat (Rattus rattus) and House Mouse (Mus Musculus)
Multi-feed poison for use in bait stations, hoppers or bait trays both indoors and outdoors.
Place bait where there are signs of rodent activity, like fresh droppings or near burrows, runways and feeding places. Place bait points throughout the infested area.
For rat infestations, use bait points of 50 - 100 grammes. Place bait points 10 metres apart reducing to 5 metres in cases of high infestation.
For mouse infestations use bait points of 20-30g. Place bait points 5 m apart reducing to 3 m in high infestations. Mice are very inquisitive and it may help the control program to move baits every 2-3 days at the time when bait points are inspected or topped up.
Protect bait points from non-target animals and from moisture, preferably using commercially available bait stations (see related products below).
Make daily inspections of the bait points.
Replace any bait eaten by rodents or that has been damaged by water or contaminated by dirt. If all the bait has been eaten from certain areas then increase the quantity of bait by placing additional bait points.
To protect children and non-target animals do not increase bait point size above the recommended dose given above but instead increase the number of bait points
The resistance status of the target rodent population should be taken in to consideration when choosing which active ingredient is to be used.
