COURSE DESCRIPTION
The course provides candidates with the fundamentals of control of these 2 common pests.
It summarises the methods of control and services you can offer as a pest controller, both toxic and non toxic.
Candidates will also be able to have some hands on experience of the products available and the tools that are used
COURSE CONTENT
The objective of the course is to enable candidates to understand the biology and behaviour of fleas and bed bugs , and how to treat them safely and effectively throughout the year.
This course is ideal not just for Pest controllers, but also housekeepers, hoteliers , property managers, indeed anyone responsible for premises that are subject to problems with these pests

Booking / Cancellation Policy
PestFix reserve the right to cancel or alter the date of any course should an insufficient number of bookings be received. Should a course be cancelled PestFix will notify you of this action and will offer you a refund of the course fee you have paid or offer an alternative date / location for the same course. PestFix will not be held liable for any other costs incurred.
All course bookings require payment upfront no later than 5 weeks prior to the date of the course. Payments will be accepted in the form of card payment over the telephone, BACS transfer or invoice on account.
Should you wish to cancel your booking you must inform PestFix in writing of your intention. The following notice periods apply:
- Greater than 5 weeks prior to course start date no cancellation fee
- Between 2 and 5 weeks prior to course start date cancellation fee of 50% of course cost applies
- Less than 2 weeks prior to course start cancellation of 100% of course cost applies.
