This course is designed to teach our admin staff and support teams how to deal with our pest control customers. It will give them skills to deal with distraught callers, and enable them to get the information they need to help Candidates will learn a little about the most frequent and upsetting pests, enabling them to support your customers on the phone An Assessed role play of scenarios will provide proof of competence, which will lead to candidates gaining their certificate and CPD Points Points TBC

Dealing with distraught customers

How to get the information your company needs to send a properly equipped technician

Basic information on Brown Rats, House Mice, Bed Bugs and fleas

How to close out calls and make the sale

There will be some role playing!

Booking / Cancellation Policy

PestFix reserve the right to cancel or alter the date of any course should an insufficient number of bookings be received. Should a course be cancelled PestFix will notify you of this action and will offer you a refund of the course fee you have paid or offer an alternative date / location for the same course. PestFix will not be held liable for any other costs incurred.

All course bookings require payment upfront no later than 5 weeks prior to the date of the course. Payments will be accepted in the form of card payment over the telephone, BACS transfer or invoice on account.

Should you wish to cancel your booking you must inform PestFix in writing of your intention. The following notice periods apply:

• Greater than 5 weeks prior to course start date no cancellation fee
• Between 2 and 5 weeks prior to course start date cancellation fee of 50% of course cost applies
• Less than 2 weeks prior to course start cancellation of 100% of course cost applies.
