Should a course be cancelled PestFix will notify you of this action and will offer you a refund of the course fee you have paid or offer an alternative date / location for the same course. All course bookings require payment upfront no later than 5 weeks prior to the date of the course. Payments will be accepted in the form of card payment over the telephone, BACS transfer or invoice on account.
Should you wish to cancel your booking you must inform PestFix in writing of your intention. The following notice periods apply:
- Greater than 5 weeks prior to course start date no cancellation fee
- Between 2 and 5 weeks prior to course start date cancellation fee of 50% of course cost applies
- Less than 2 weeks prior to course start cancellation of 100% of course cost applies.
