COURSE DESCRIPTION

Awareness course detailing the biology, identification, the need for control, control methods available and infestation prevention of all the major public health insect species in the UK.

The objective of the course is to enable candidates to identify public health insect species, their biology and behaviour. To understand the need for control and the methods available.

The course will also cover prevention and trending to enable the candidate to service their customer using IPM (Integrated Pest Management).

Booking / Cancellation Policy

PestFix reserve the right to cancel or alter the date of any course should an insufficient number of bookings be received. Should a course be cancelled PestFix will notify you of this action and will offer you a refund of the course fee you have paid or offer an alternative date / location for the same course. PestFix will not be held liable for any other costs incurred.

All course bookings require payment upfront no later than 5 weeks prior to the date of the course. Payments will be accepted in the form of card payment over the telephone, BACS transfer or invoice on account.

Should you wish to cancel your booking you must inform PestFix in writing of your intention. The following notice periods apply:

• Greater than 5 weeks prior to course start date no cancellation fee
• Between 2 and 5 weeks prior to course start date cancellation fee of 50% of course cost applies
• Less than 2 weeks prior to course start cancellation of 100% of course cost applies.
