For the control of flying and crawling insects, including flies, mosquitoes, moths, wasps, ants, cockroaches, earwigs, silverfish and other bristle-tails, fleas, bed-bugs, beetles, spiders, mites, ticks and lice.

Also for the control of ant and wasp nests.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES When applying as a 'space treatment' then Vulcan NP 18 Fly Spray is a ready-for-use product and does not require further dilution. Apply using a fan assisted rotary atomiser or mist blower with ULV attachment or by means of any 'cold fogging' appliance. Vulcan NP 18 Fly Spray should be applied at a rate of 1 ml per cubic metre of treatable volume. Spray into the air when using cold fogging or misting equipment and NOT directly at hard surfaces When applying as a surface treatment, Vulcan NP 18 Fly Spray is a ready-for-use product and does not require further dilution. For the treatment of porous and non porous horizontal or vertical surfaces. Apply 1 litre of product as a coarse low pressure spray to 20 square metres of sprayable surface using a standard compression sprayer. Pay special attention to areas where flies and other noisome insects rest and congregate. For long­term control of crawling pests use a specific residual agent. Product may 'craze' plastic surfaces This product must not be used against houseflies in intensive or controlled environment animal houses because it is likely to cause control failure due to insecticide resistance .

For use in domestic, commercial and industrial premises (including kitchens), Hospitals (excluding occupied wards), Military establishments, food storage and preparation areas, in and around farm buildings, bulk milk rooms, dairies, milk parlours, animal rearing facilities, animal and avian housing and refuse disposal and waste storage areas.

STATUTORY CONDITIONS RELATING TO USE FOR USE BY PROFESSIONAL OPERATORS.

The (COSHH) Control of Substances Hazardous to Health Regulations 2002 may apply to the use of this product at work. Maximum dose: 1 litre per 20 square metre of sprayable surface or 1 ml per cubic metre of sprayable volume.

Engineering control of operator exposure must be used where reasonably practicable in addition to the following items of personal protective equipment WEAR SUITABLE PROTECTIVE CLOTHING (COVERALLS) ANO SYNTHETIC RUBBER/PVC GLOVES when using. AVOID EXCESSIVE CONTAMINATION OF COVERALLS ANO LAUNDER REGULARLY. DO NOT BREATHE FOG OR SPRAY MIST. Otherwise wear respiratory protective equipment and eye protection (see HSE GUIDANCE BOOKLET HS (G) 53, "Respiratory Protective Equipment - a practical guide for users"). However, engineering controls may replace personal protective equipment if a COSHH assessment shows that they provide an equal or higher standard of protection. DO NOT CONTAMINATE FOODSTUFFS, EATING UTENSILS OR FOOD CONTACT SURFACES. COVER WATER STORAGE TANKS before application. THIS MATERIAL ANO ITS CONTAINER must be disposed of in a safe way EXCLUDE ALL PERSONS ANO ANIMALS DURING TREATMENT. DO NOT APPLY DIRECTLY TO ANIMALS. DO NOT APPLY TO LIVESTOCK OR POULTRY. DO NOT APPLY TO CLOTHING OR BEDDING. HAZARDOUS TO BEES. HARMFUL TO FISH ANO OTHER AQUATIC LIFE. REMOVE OR COVER ANY FISH TANKS OR BOWLS before application. DO NOT CONTAMINATE watercourses.
