BirdAlert 2.0 has landed!

Anyone who attended PPC Live earlier this year got to see the prototype BirdAlert 2.0 live in action with many eager to take one away on the day. Well we can now confirm that the new model is now live and ready to go!

So what is BirdAlert anyway?
This snazzy piece of kit takes audio bird scaring to the next level. Programmed to listen to its surroundings, and pick up bird calls in the area with the specialist weatherproof microphone. Taking it one step further it analyses and identifies the calls of the species present, and then emits the distress call of that specific species. But that's not it, if it continues to pick up calls after its first emission it will move to an alternate call of that species. No longer do you have to worry about a bird's dialects and accents which have been recorded across species throughout the UK.
All of this means that the standard habituation you find comes with audio scarers is no longer an issue. And your client is happy knowing that they won't have to hear a unit screeching out every call in its library every hour of the day.

The BirdAlert connects wirelessly over a phone network so that the Pest Management Professional can monitor its rate of activation, species, time of day, control the units settings remotely and more.

What's new about the BirdAlert 2.0?
1) BirdAlert has gone green by going black! The unit which before was a striking yellow has been changed to black as it is now using 100% recycled plastics. All product packaging has also been changed to be recycled paper and card.
2) Upgraded to Weipu plugs SA12. Making this unit even more durable in harsh weather environments.
3) Wireless connectivity of BirdAlert ad ons. The visual aids that you can purchase with the main audio scaring device you can now manage through the app wirelessly, no more manual adjustments! This includes the popular inflateable ScareMan, the Eagle Eye and the Gass Cannons.
