Christmas and New Year Opening Times

Over the Christmas period, we will remain open with an amended timetable to ensure that our customers can continue to access the products and support they need. While our hours will be adjusted to reflect the festive season, our team will still be here to help with orders, enquiries, and collections, making sure you’re covered throughout the holidays.

Opening schedule

Up to Tuesday 23rd December: Open as normal, 09:00–18:00.

Christmas Eve (Wednesday 24th December): Open until 13:00.

Christmas Day & Boxing Day (25th–26th December): Closed.

Monday 29 December: Reopen 09:00–17:00.

Tuesday 30 December: Open until 17:00.

New Year’s Eve (Wednesday 31 December): Open until 13:00.

Delivery information

Orders placed on 23rd December: Delivered on 24th or 29th December, depending on the selected delivery option.

While we are closed: You can continue to place orders online or via your account; orders will be processed when we return on 29th December.

Orders placed on 31 December: Delivered on 5th or 6th January 2026.

Local collection: If you are local to our Head Office in Chichester, you are welcome to collect your order directly from us.
