Preparation

1. Clean the sides of the dock leveller to remove debris, dust, or old sealant.
2. Ensure the surface is smooth and ready for installation.

Installation

1. While the dock leveller is in the "down position," trim the seal at the inside edge of the dock leveller.
2. Slide the seal into position and cut it along the edge of the leveller using a Stanley knife.
3. Remove the tape backing and place the first seal on the dock leveller.
4. Position the second seal as an extension of the first seal, ensuring a snug fit.
5. Position and align the aluminium carrier with the seals, marking for cutting as needed.
6. Pre-drill holes for screws or rivets, then fasten the carrier and seal securely.
7. Gradually raise and lower the dock leveller to ensure smooth operation without friction.
