1. Place the unit facing the bird-infested area for maximum coverage (up to 1 acre). Use a flat surface or mount it on a wooden post with the included bracket and screws.
2. Plug the AC adapter into the POWER jack on the back of the unit and then into a standard electrical outlet. For battery use, connect the black clip to the negative terminal and the red clip to the positive terminal of a 12-volt battery. The power source is not designed to be weatherproof and should be placed in a weatherproof enclosure or indoors at all times.
3. Use the control panel to adjust frequencies, volume, and operating modes based on the bird species you are targeting.
4. Monitor performance and reposition the speakers as needed for maximum effectiveness. If you turn the unit off, wait at least 60 seconds before turning it back on. Ensure the cover is securely latched. Do not open the cover during rain or wet conditions to prevent water from damaging the unit.
