- Download the TrapSensor mobile app and create a user account. Alternatively, register on the TrapSensor website using your computer.
- Log into your account and register the new TrapSensor device to link it to your profile.
- Insert four AAA lithium batteries (not included) into the device for optimal performance and longer life.
- Arm the trap by engaging the mechanism. A beep will confirm the metal bar is properly positioned.
- Allow the device up to 12 minutes during the first setup to connect to available networks. The trap's status will display in your account as “Ready” or “Activated.
